Asda opts for cloud-first technology to offer customers personalised experiences


Asda is investing in new cloud-to start with know-how in purchase to understand its clients far better, so that it can give customers personalised encounters where ever they decide on to purchase from it.


The grocery store is shifting to the cloud to use Salesforce’s retail expert services – together with Commerce Cloud, Support Cloud and Marketing and advertising Cloud – in buy to get a full knowledge of its customers, how they choose to store, and to give them the retail providers that best permits them to do that in a seamless knowledge.


Asda will also be in a position to use headless ecommerce architecture and progressive world wide web applications in constructing the purchaser experience.
