Step 1: The Base-ics
Ace your base with a combination of skincare and makeup. First prep your skin for makeup with a CTM routine and a primer. Dot on a skincare-infused foundation and blend it on your face and neck. Use a concealer on areas like the under eyes, contours of the nose and chin. Set your base by spritzing a setting spray on a beauty blender and dabbing it on your face and neck. Sweep some setting powder for an extra long lasting effect.
Step 2: Arches Up
Groom your brows to perfection by using shades of brown. First brush them upwards and outwards with a spoolie and fill in the gaps with a brown brow pencil. Brush again to blend and then swipe on a tinted brow gel for hold.
Step 3: Eye-conic Details
Prep your lids with an eye primer so that it holds the pigments you apply in place and will prevent them from smudging or fading. Blend a brown eyeshadow on your lids and above the crease. Trace a winged shape along the crease of your lids extending to the outer corners and then connecting to your lash lines with a black gel eyeliner. Smear the gel eyeliner inside the shape as well and dab a black eyeshadow over it to set the liner and add a more luxe effect. Clean up the edges with an angled brush and concealer and highlight the brow bones with a shimmery gold eyeshadow. Apply brown kohl on the lower lash lines and swipe on mascara.
Step 4: Glow Nation
Bring on the glow with highlighter and bronzer. First apply a shimmery bronzer to the cheekbones, jawline, and hairline. Next, go in with a satin finish pink blush on the apple of your cheeks. Blend a gold toned highlighter on the high points of your face.
Step 5: Berry Good
Make sure to exfoliate and moisturise your lips so that they are soft and smooth. Outline with a brown lip liner and then fill in colour with a berry lip tint.
